Cathy is a rarity in the personnel business, in that she sincerely cares for the businesses she serves and the candidates she brings to them. Early in her 16-year career in the staffing/recruiting industry she became convinced that there was "a better way" to serve her customers. With this vision in mind, she founded HighPoint Personnel.

Cathy perfected her skills through a wide variety of experiences including holding the title of Personnel Consultant/Manager with a privately held personnel agency and Corporate Recruiter with the second largest privately held company in Oregon.

Kristy brings to HighPoint Personnel a solid blend of academic and business experiences and a passion for helping people be successful in their careers. You will benefit from her positive energy and attention to detail and quality.

As a graduate of San Diego State University, Kristy earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree with an International Business concentration, and an emphasis in Marketing and Spanish. While attending college, Kristy studied internationally as well as receiving honors recognition. Her previous experience lends itself to a vast knowledge base within the financial services and insurance industry.
